At Denham House we have two guest lounges: a large Reception lounge in which you can relax whilst mulling over your plans for the day or recounting the previous days experiences, meet with other guests, chat over a quiet drink, read or simply chill out and watch the Devon wildlife through the window; and a TV Lounge for you to perhaps join other guests to watch tv.
We have a beautiful garden with a large sun terrace enjoying stunning, far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a children's play area with swings, a see saw and a 12ft trampoline (often used by adults too, especially to star gaze at night!).
One of our barns has been converted into a Games Room (not suitable for very young children) which has a full length skittle alley, table tennis, table football, snooker/ pool table, darts and much more.
Children should be supervised at all times.
Use of all equipment in the garden and games room is at your own risk.
Due to the changes in the law, smoking is not permitted in any part of the house or in the games room.
SO MUCH TO DO
Denham House is the ideal base to set off from to explore the wonderful, historic towns, villages and National Trust properties of North Devon.
Alternatively, if you are into painting, photography or just observing flora & fauna we are very close to Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the UNESCO Biosphere at Braunton Burrows.
