A deposit is required to hold a room. We ask for the cost of the first night's accommodation and can accept payment by card on the telephone.
Single night bookings
During high season and school holidays, a surcharge is applied for one night stays of £5 per person. At other times £5 per room on all Saturday night bookings. Surcharge is refundable if booking is extended to 2 nights or more. (Denham House cancellation policy applies)

Premier Double Room - £70
Twin Room (2 single beds) - £65
Family Room (3 single beds) - £90
Family Suite (sleeps 4)
(The suite has a double bedroom, a bunk bedded room and an en-suite bathroom)

Single occupancy - £40
No reduced rate during August/September and Bank and school holidays
Cancellation Policy

In the event of a booking being cancelled we ask to be informed as soon as possible so that we can try to re-let the room(s) and return the deposit paid (less admin charge). If we are unable to re-let the room(s) no refund will be made and full payment of the booking is payable.
