Luxury Bed & Breakfast in North Devon starts with our well appointed, light and airy bedrooms which are furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities (either shower or bath/shower), flat screen digital colour tv with freeview and a full range of modern facilities.

All double beds have a King Size duvet and, should you need it, an electric blanket for those cooler autumn or winter nights.
We have twin rooms, standard double rooms, a Family Room comprising of 3 single beds and our Family Suite with a small lobby leading to 2 bedrooms ( a double bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk beds) and a bathroom.
We also have our Premier Double Room which is our most spacious bedroom with a large bright en-suite, a larger flat screen digital colour tv with Freeview, trouser press, towelling robes, touch lamps and a few other little extras to make your special stay even more special.
During your stay, rooms are accessible at all times with keys provided to come and go as you please.
Rooms are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to your visit. If you expect to arrive after 6:00pm, please telephone to confirm your time of arrival. We ask that you vacate the room no later than 10:00am on the day of departure.
