Our large, spacious guest house offers you accredited 4 star accommodation, mouth-watering breakfasts (according to our visitors book), two lounges, a licensed bar and many other facilities including ample private car parking, large garden with a children's play area, sun terraces and a games room.

Denham House also has 2 holiday cottages, let on a self catering basis. These are fully equipped and self contained. Denham House is the perfect location for your North Devon holidays and short breaks and is the ideal base for surfers, walkers, cyclists and golfers.

With Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve at Braunton Burrows so close to us, it is no wonder that we also attract artists, photographers and bird watchers.

Denham House is a strictly no-smoking establishment.

For pet owners - sorry we do not allow dogs in either the main house nor in our cottages except registered working guide/ hearing dogs.
